I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for adults (19+) who are ready to actively engage in their mental health and personal growth. My services are designed for individuals seeking meaningful change in their lives, whether they're navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, sleep issues, self-esteem and body-image issues, or disordered eating.
In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients using approaches that are grounded in research and tailored to your specific goals. This often includes structured, active interventions such as exposure-based techniques and cognitive restructuring—helping you face fears, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build resilience over time.
My aim is to create a supportive, respectful space where we can work together to help you live a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and manageable.
